Reactive Dyestuffs

At present, cotton, rayon, and cellulosic fabric are mostly dyed by reactive dyes. Reactive dyes could provide a bright shade with high washing fastness and rubbing fastness but, on the other hand, the dyeing costs of reactive dyes is higher incurring from the cost of labor, dyestuff, chemical auxiliary, and water treatment.

Hifix dyes have been developed to reduce those costs by having a wide selection of the dyestuffs in order to match with dyeing process, dyeing machine, and customer requirement which, therefore, will reduce errors during production, increase productivity, save time and energy, and reduce expense at the same time.

Unifast Dyes:

High fastness & metal-free reactive dyestuffs for dyeing on polyamide and elastane fabrics

Hifix Supra HF/SHF Dyes:

Bi-functional reactive dyestuffs

  • Suitable for dyeing at 60 oC
  • Good reproducibility even in combination shade
  • Able to dye at light shade to dark shade
  • Good resistance to perspiration and chlorine
  • Can dyeing any cellulose fiber
  • Suitable for continuous dyeing process and cold pad batch because they can withstand alkali.

Hifix Supra CXF Dyes :

Reactive dyestuffs group for medium to dark trichromatic shade

Hifix Supra CL Dyes:

Reactive dyestuffs group for pale trichromatic shade

  • Suitable for dyeing at 60 oC
  • Good reproducibility even in combination shade
  • Able to dye at light shade to dark shade
  • Good resistance to perspiration and chlorine
  • Can dyeing any cellulose fiber
  • Suitable for continuous dyeing process and cold pad batch because they can withstand alkali.

Hicion HE – SL dyes:

Dyestuffs in this group have low substantivity which makes rate of fixation and dyeing consistency similar with other reactive dyestuffs within the group. They were developed to have a good migration which enables these dyes to be reproduced easier. Besides, their fastness properties have been improved to be better than Hicion HE dyes.

Hicion HE Dyes: Bis – Monochlorotriazine
Hicion HE dyes are reactive dyestuffs that suitable for cellulose fibers with 80-85oC dyeing temperature. The structure of this group contains Bis-monochlorotriazine and has symmetric structure. At neutral pH, the dyes have high absorption so caution is required when adding salt. Salt should be split in smaller volume or be controlled using dosing machine.

Hifix Dyes:

Vinyl Sulfone based reactive dyestuffs

  • Suitable at 45-60 oC dyeing temperature in exhaustion and continuous dyeing process including cold-pad-batch
  • Can be dyed with Hifix Supra group
  • High dissolvability
  • Easy to washing out because excess dyes have low substantivity with fibers
  • The bonding between dyes and fibers is strong against acid condition.
